Use a global hotkey to dictate into your active application — from notes and documents to a browser or editor. You can also transcribe recordings.

Local speech recognition

Transcription runs locally with downloaded models. Cloud AI is optional and sends the selected text to your chosen provider.

03 / WRITING

AI-assisted text refinement

Optional AI integrations help rewrite and structure transcripts. MrWhisper includes support for providers such as Anthropic.

ABOUT MRWHISPER

An independent project.
A practical purpose.

MrWhisper is an independent, self-funded software project created by Murat Eren. It is a voice-to-prompt workspace for vibe coders, developers and power users: main and follow-up prompts, @-links between entries, version history and three ways to track task progress (status, percentage or checkbox). MrWhisper v1.0.0 is documented in the project changelog in April 2026. Formal company formation is still pending.

The macOS app already runs; a Windows version is in development. Speech recognition stays local, with optional AI text refinement. This website introduces the project; purchases and downloads are not offered here. See the full product presentation and demo video.

Planned extensions (not yet available): MCP/API access so AI developer tools can take over linked prompts and to-dos directly from MrWhisper, and optional AI transcription chosen by the user.

MrWhisper ist ein eigenfinanziertes, unabhängiges Softwareprojekt von Murat Eren. Es ist ein Prompt-Workspace für Vibe-Coder, Entwickler und Power-User: Haupt- und Unterprompts, @-Verknüpfungen, Versionierung sowie Aufgabenfortschritt per Status, Prozentwert oder Checkbox. Die erste MrWhisper-Version v1.0.0 ist im Projekt-Changelog für April 2026 dokumentiert. Eine formale Unternehmensgründung steht noch aus. Per globalem Hotkey startest du die Aufnahme; der transkribierte Text wird direkt in deine aktive Anwendung eingefügt. Zusätzlich sind die Transkription von Aufnahmen und optionale KI-Textbearbeitung möglich. Die Spracherkennung läuft mit heruntergeladenen Modellen auf dem eigenen Gerät. Für die optionale KI-Bearbeitung wird ausgewählter Text an den gewählten Anbieter übertragen. Das Produkt wird für macOS entwickelt; eine Windows-Version ist in Entwicklung. Geplante Erweiterungen (noch nicht verfügbar): MCP/API-Zugriff, damit KI-Entwicklertools verknüpfte Prompts und To-dos direkt aus MrWhisper übernehmen können, sowie eine vom Nutzer wählbare KI-Transkription.
